In a new industry trend, historic train stations that have fallen into disrepair are being converted into hotels. Examples include Union Station Hotel in Nashville, Tenn., the St. Louis Union Station Hotel and The Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel in Tennessee, which was originally Terminal Station.
