Specialty french fry concept #GetFried Fry Cafe will open its first California location in Santa Clara. The chain, which launched in Buffalo, N.Y., two years ago, will also add franchise locations in four Texas cities and Cairo, Egypt, in 2018. Read the San Jose Mercury News story here
