Hilliker Corporation represents longstanding local antique shop owner in relocating store to a historic building. Jon Paul Designs and Collectibles, an antique store which carries a variety of furniture, chandeliers, fixtures, artwork and accessories, has been in business for 25 years. Until now, its Clayton Road location has been its home.
Jon Paul Designs is relocating to 1047 South Big Bend Boulevard, with an anticipated opening date of January 2018. Until that time, Jon Paul Designs will be open at its current location on Clayton Road. Brennan Gaffney with Hilliker Corporation represented the tenant; the landlord was not represented by a broker.
Jon Paul Designs’ new showroom spaces are approximately 3,000 square feet and is situated in a historic building. Hilliker Corporation was founded in 1985 and is St. Louis’s largest independently owned commercial real estate company. The firm has completed more than 10,000 transactions to date for industrial, office, retail and institutional clients. Hilliker Corporation is located at 1401 S. Brentwood Boulevard in St. Louis.
