Coach scores with 3-year-old turnaround plan

Coach’s 2014 plan to reverse sliding sales and restore the brand’s luxury luster is proving successful. The plan, which included making its products scarcer in department stores, taking greater aim at the luxury market with new fashion offerings and finding new ways to connect with millennials, could provide a model for other luxury brands.
