Hy-Vee is looking to test a new concept in Iowa that combines a large-format convenience store and a small-format grocer. The two proposed Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh stores would include a selection of groceries and fresh prepared foods, a Hy-Vee Market Grille Express, a coffee shop and fuel stations.
