Plano, Texas-based retailer At Home will open three new stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area this year. Nationally, the home furnishing retailer is adding 20 to 25 new locations annually, with a model that includes purchasing land, operating a store for about a year to determine the appropriate rent for the location and then doing a sale and leaseback deal.
