THE MISSNER GROUP SUBARU RENOVATION PROJECT

The Missner Group is pleased to announce the firm has completed a major two building renovation on behalf of Berman Subaru located at 4330 and 4444 Irving Park Road in Chicago. The remodel consists of improvements to the office, reception, and service areas of the dealership.

The project encompassed a total of 40,000 square feet and included 13,000 square feet of extensive office updates and modernizations, as well as significant improvements to the sales and showroom spaces. In addition, a 22,000 square foot new, state-of-the-art service area was constructed, which includes nine service bays and offers a drive-in customer service center, café and WiFi lounge for a unique customer experience. The Missner Group also installed a new HVAC system, mechanical operations germane to the auto industry and the latest in LED lighting throughout the entirety of the dealership.

Papineau led the project on behalf of The Missner Group with Bill Uchyn serving as project superintendent. Becker Architects provided the architectural services.
