Egan Sign, a recognized leader in national sign management and corporate rebranding, announced three new Senior Management Team appointments within the company.
John Dever III has joined the company in the newly created position of Director of Marketing and Operations, Marilyn Brennan has been promoted to Director of Business Development and Account Management, and Zach Nagle has been promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager/Product Specialist. “We are pleased to announce the hiring of John Dever III to the position of Director of Marketing and Operations, as well as the promotions of Marilyn Brennan and Zach Nagle to their new positions. These senior level leadership positions are critical to Egan Sign’s ongoing achievement of mission and vision,” said President John Dever. “We are very fortunate to have John, Marilyn, and Zach in helping lead our company to the next level.”
In his new role, Dever (“John III”), will primarily focus on overseeing and managing the company’s strategic marketing and operations functions. He will also take the lead role in managing the company’s overall IT functions. John III most recently held the position of CMO for Loomis Insurance, Inc. Prior to Loomis, John served as CMO/COO for Bills Khakis, a Reading, PA based marketer and manufacturer of high-end men’s apparel. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Boston College. “I’m excited to be a part of the growing team at Egan Sign,” said Dever. “In my role as Director of Marketing and Operations, I will have the privilege of working with strong teams in both the Business Development and Project Management areas of the company.”
Marilyn Brennan has been promoted to the senior position of Director of Business Development and Account Management. A seasoned veteran with over 10 years senior level sign industry experience in the areas of Project Management and Business Development, Brennan assumes overall management responsibilities for the company’s Business Development and Account Management activities. Prior to joining Egan Sign in August, 2016, Brennan was Director of Project Management and Business Development for Adelphia Graphic Systems, Exton, PA. Brennan holds a bachelor’s degree from King’s College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.
Zach Nagle has been promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager/Product Specialist. Nagle has been with Egan Sign since November, 2012, first assuming the role of Product Sourcing Specialist and working his way to Senior Project Manager in 2016. In addition to his previous role as Senior Project Manager, Nagle, an experienced and qualified sign industry veteran, will be taking on the additional role of Product Specialist. In this new role, Zach will be providing product expertise and consult to clients and project team members as part of the company’s national sign management service delivery. Additionally, Nagle will take on management and oversight responsibilities for the company’s national certified installer network. Prior to joining Egan Sign, Nagle worked as a Project Manager with Bartush Signs, Orwigsburg, PA. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
