Bento Sushi acquired by Yo! Sushi in $78M deal

London-based Yo! Sushi has paid about $78 million to buy Bento Sushi, which operates more than 600 restaurants in Canada and the US. Toronto-based Bento also supplies sushi to 1,700 other companies including supermarkets. Read the BBC story here
