Artaic to Host Free Mosaic Design Webinar

Artaic – Innovative Mosaic will host a high-energy, interactive webinar live from its design and production offices in the Boston Design Center on November 16, 2017, 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm CST. Entitled “Modern Technologies: Making Mosaic Art Fit Your Space,” this free webinar is a prelude to the accredited, educational session to be presented during The International Surface Event (TISE) 2018 in Las Vegas, January 30, 2018, as part of TISE’s IGNITE Education Series.

Attendees will actually participate in this 30-minute webinar, which will have them rethink custom mosaic artwork. Following a brief tutorial about the history of mosaic, technology and overall advantages of mosaic artwork, the webinar will offer a live tour of Artaic’s robots at work. Attendees will see firsthand how modern technology is working to create custom mosaics for any type of installation.

“This is great for those that are design motivated but need to personally experience what modern technology can do,” stated Dr. Ted Acworth, CEO and Founder of Artaic (and Webinar presenter). “We will showcase cutting-edge ways to specify and install mosaic artwork for any residential or commercial space. From pools and patios, kitchens, and baths, cruise ships to public parks; technology has made it easy to bring this beautiful ancient art form to any project. In particular, architects, designers and others interested in what’s happening tomorrow in the tile industry will want to attend BOTH of these events.”

Attendees of the presentation at TISE 2018 will be able to participate in a hands-on mosaic workshop using Artaic’s Tylist software. Those planning to use that software, should bring their own devices and download the software ahead of time, which is available here or on the company’s website at www.Artaic.com.
